Season: Spring Sound: Shu Emotions: anger and resentment, depression and lethargy or Connectedness and calmness, liberation and expansion. Predominant organs: Gall bladder most active – 11pm-1am Liver most active 1am-3am Spring: Is time to rid the dampness of winter by spring-cleaning your beautiful body/temple that houses your soul and ignites your spirit. It is the time for new growth as you see all around you in nature and the birth of animals. Spring’s element is wood or life; this represents the coming together of all the four elements; earth (matter our body or the planet), air (air we breath from the planet), water (salty mineral ocean water the same in our body), fire (the sun supplying all the prana to the planet keeping all of us alive as in our solar plexus). Bringing these four elements together we get the fifth - Wood (ether, where we all come from and return to), Wood may also be seen as spirit! |

July we will be getting a bit more lively with some body percussion with Louey Natalie Anahata Retreat Space will move your body to expel pent up energy to bring your body, heart and mind into unity. She will then warm you up to dance along to Louey's Funkatu funky drum and didgeridoo (don't worry nobody is comparing). Once the heart has united with the beat of the drum, Natalie will guide you into a short meditative process helping you to move into your soul's deepest purpose. Now it's time to lay back and relax as we take you on an enigmatic sound journey, with bowls, drums and didgeridoo.
