This 5-day retreat is one of my favourites!!! You will spend a morning on each element of fire, earth, air, water and wood, to rebalance the emotions, through the organs that each element represents.
You will rewire the brain so you will; think clearly, be present and feel stable emotionally.
Did you know the emotions are first felt and stored in your organs, which effect the rhythm of the heart and rate of the breath and the health of the organs?
When we work the elements, we energise the organs, this releases the more uncomfortable emotion related.

Discover the 5 - Element theory, the connection of the elements to the seasons, the organs and the emotions. That everything in life consists of these five elements, the more we work them the more holistically balanced we become and the closer in connection to everything we are.
We will work through each element to eliminate stuck emotions such as anger worry, fear. Using breath work we will enhance the energy of the elements and bring the body's organs to a more optimum level of health.
Visualisation through guided meditation will help to rewire your brain and set you on your path.
Once you think and feel more positively about yourself, the easier it is to be on the path that touches your soul. A service to the universe.
