Understand How they affect our daily lives?
Learn:
The ability this system has to give us mental, physical and emotional well-being.
How they can transform our past into a better future.
You will engage in half hour theory on each chakra with practical exercises to use through the week.
Then half hour of postures for the chakra.
You will work with one chakra each week, keeping your focus there for the week.
By the end of the 8 weeks Your pranic/energy channels will be clearer
Immune system healthier
Nervous system calmer
Internal muscles stronger
Mind clearer
Emotions more balanced.

The chakras are the power stations directing the flow of energy throughout our body and connecting us more deeply to ourselves and the universal flow. This 8-week chakra meditation course will assist you in transforming the way you think, feel and act!
The chakra system is closely related to the nerve plexus which are sending messages to and from body and brain. When we slow down the processes we have time to create new neural pathways and change our language about the way we feel and think about ourselves and life. Just like the practice of tai chi, slow movement which becomes very rapid when you need to react in life situations. You will create a new program for your way of being.

Course runs on Monday evenings from May 19 - July 7
