Learn:
The ability this system has to give us mental, physical and emotional well-being.
How they can transform our past into a better future.
You will engage in half hour theory on each chakra with practical exercises to use through the week.
Then half hour of postures for the chakra.
You will work with one chakra each week, keeping your focus there for the week.
By the end of the 8 weeks Your pranic/energy channels will be clearer

Nervous system calmer
Internal muscles stronger

This 8-Week course will enhance your wellness and way of being in life. The chakra system increases your subtle energy, pulling you out of the sympathetic nervous system of fight or flight into the para-sympathetic of rest and digest. Most of us these days survive on cortisol-stress hormone, when this should only be used in times of danger approaching. Cortisol weakens the body and thickens in the blood, leading to high blood pressure, heart problems and many other diseases leading to cancer.
Each chakra is related to an aspect in our lives such as the base chakra Mooladhara is feeling a sense of safety and support, being grounded, it is where we til the soil preparing for our new beginning. Working on the chakra system aids to bring health and harmony to all of our systems and open dormant areas of our brain. When we consciously slow down this process we get to create powerful change within to enhance all aspects of our lives and bring us back home to ourselves.
Even though chakras are of the subtle body they help to bring balance to the physical, emotional and mental bodies, they are a very useful tool to create transformation in your way life. They control the balance or imbalance of our organs, endocrine glands, nerve plexuses and our way of being.
The meaning of chakra is wheel or vortex, the near meeting points of nerve endings and endocrine glands create these spinning wheels of energy, just like electricity. As the wheel spins energy is created and distributed throughout the body to the brain and back again in split seconds, they are our power stations.
