Natalie Almond began practicing yoga 30 years ago and has been teaching yoga for 25 years.
Coming from an athletic background Natalie realized the importance of stretching to keep the body supple, not to only be strong. She noticed many benefits mentally and emotionally through this.
After being diagnosed at 25 years with problems of some internal organs Natalie began a regular practice of yoga. Combining healing treatments, herbs and yoga she completely healed herself. Through this she gained comprehensive knowledge of the body/mind relationship and yoga’s healing benefits.
