Brenda teaches QiYoga, a therapeutic fusion of Hatha Yoga and Qigong. Designed to open the meridian lines within the body to allow the rivers of energy to flow freely. Each class engages the mind/ body/ spirit in a gently flowing moving meditation and creates the sacred space for the transformational stillness of meditation. Structural alignment and protection of the spine are key to creating an experience of profound health free of injury and stress. This allows the body of any age, size, experience or condition to enjoy the benefits of the class. Brenda is an internationally accredited QiYoga Instructor from London based QiYoga Foundation. 200+hr certification for Beginner-Advanced Yoga, Prenatal and various other Therapeutic Modalities.
Brenda discovered yoga 15 years ago and found it to be a tool for self-empowerment, and healing that she was looking for in her study of Psychology. Yoga is important to her because it revitalises the mind and body, allowing her to embrace life with both hands. Brenda is passionate about vibrant living and abundance consciousness. She loves sharing her knowledge about the healing and restorative properties of delicious food.
