Michele teaches the Community and Senior’s classes, she is a senior herself, this you will find unbelievable upon meeting her.
Michele’s classes are slow and intentional using meditative movement with awareness; she has a strong focus on breath work.
She may include stronger practice from time to time and teaches affirmations relating to each posture.
Her aim is to help people gain a positive attitude toward life, to rejuvenate their entire being and become the person they truly are.
Michele Molnar has been practicing yoga for at least 18 years. With a Mauritian background she has a passion for Sega dance and also loves cycling, walking and skiing.
She believes keeping the body healthy improves the function of heart and mind.
Michele began her yoga journey at a time of emotional turmoil. Her first six months began with Japanese Ryoho yoga; fortunately enough focus was on the heart. Michele practiced Iyengar with for one year, giving her knowledge of correct posture. For two years began the stronger practice of Ashtanga. And for the last fifteen years has continued to practice Alchemic yoga with Natalie Almond.
On retirement from her successful business, Michele decided to take on a five-week, residential, yoga teacher training intensive of Raja yoga in America. In this style there is a strong focus on meditation and meditative movement.
Michele loves the art of yoga and experiences many classes and styles across Sydney and around the globe in her many travels. Through all of her yogic experience Michele has gained many tools for coping with life and its turmoil and holds a very positive attitude.
Michele has a strong passion towards yoga and life; she loves to travel and experience people and their way of life.
