Since 2000, Natalie has taught Yoga and Meditation across a broad range of settings, including Yoga studios, private homes, gyms, high schools, corporate and mental health settings. She has also facilitated Yoga, Shiatsu and Meditation workshops and taught on Yoga retreats around Australia. Her philosophy is to keep it simple, believing that we can grow and learn together. Her initial teacher training was done in the Japanese tradition of Oki-Do Yoga, the foundations of which are Hatha Yoga, Zen Buddhism, mind-heart connection, Hara and the Five Phase Theory (Meridian system). Since her initial training she has studied extensively in more traditional Indian Yoga and has a deep passion for the process that Yoga offers.
