Neck release technique with lymphatic drainage
Tight neck and headaches are a common pain.
A carrying of weight that we don’t seem to know how to let go of.
What if you could drain the emotional pain as well as the build up in the lymphatic system, where emotions are held?
Relieving headaches, shoulder tension and allowing the body's main filtering system to do its job.
Once you learn this technique you can use it on yourself and help your family and friends. It is also a very useful tool for massage therapists to take out what you have moved around.
The lymphatic system takes anything that is too acid from the blood. But if you are holding around the neck and shoulders the filters and glands cannot release it.
This technique gives you a sense of relief and release in every aspect. You literally feel yourself letting go in every way.
This is a partnered workshop where you will learn:
How to drain the lymph from the neck filters to the glands at the armpit
Drain the brain through the glymphatics and feed the brain nourishment
Facial pressure points and lymphatic drainage
Pressure points for the body organs
Pressure points for headache
Gentle partnered and solo stretches to release tight muscles
How to keep the drainage area open
Why it is important to keep this open
Posture and neck alignment
All with a very gentle touch.
Moving the body’s natural alcohols to dissolve tension
Using body’s natural oils to repair and lubricate the neck.
You will feel sense of great release and letting go.
You literally drain emotional, mental and physical toxin/tension
You will float out of this workshop feeling emotionally lighter and mentally clearer.
Your lymphatic system will remain open to continue its own process
If you don’t have a partner to bring with you, partner up on the day.

Winter Solstice is a perfect time for this offering as the lymphatic system is a release channel.
Now is the time of coming out of your darkness and moving into the light.
We reflect on what has been and move into the newness of what we wish to become.
Preparing our seed for spring
The Winter Solstice is the darkest night of the year and holds an extraordinary place in both astronomical and spiritual contexts. At this time the Sun reaches its lowest point in the sky, the longest night unfolds, and the world seems to pause, we in the embrace of darkness. Within this pause lies an ancient promise, the return of the light. We can view this as the death and life of the sun.
Winter Solstice is a time when celestial and earthly rhythms align, offering us a unique opportunity for introspection, renewal, and transformation. This event, often viewed as the beginning of winter, marks not only the turning of the seasons but also symbolises the triumph of light over darkness.
For millennia cultures worldwide have celebrated this winter solstice, recognising it as a time to honor the cycles of life, death, and rebirth. Through feasts, rituals, or spiritual practices, the Winter Solstice invites us to reconnect with our soul, release the past, and step into a new cycle with intention and clarity. The energy of the Solstice is one of profound transformation, a powerful reminder that, like the Sun, we too can rise again, no matter how dark the night may seem.
Understanding our lives a the lotus flower, where do we focus? On the muddy water where the lotus stem lies or above the water where the flower opens to the sun.
In this sacred pause, the Solstice encourages us to slow down to self-reflect and listen to the quiet rhythms of our soul. As the light returns we are called to align with this universal process of renewal, finding peace in the stillness before the dawn of the new cycle. Whether you are reflecting on the year past or planning your intentions for the future, the Winter Solstice offers a moment to pause and honor the divine cycle of life.
