Yoga and meditation will be based on one element a day.
Day 1. An afternoon arrival rest, relax and unwind
Day 2. Wood/Ether Element - release resentment, anger and depression; let spirit guide you into calmness, sacredness and connection
Day 3. Fire Element - release discontentment and anger; discover your passionate self, inner happiness to create transformation
Day 4. Earth Element - Release anxiety and worry; become grounded and develop confidence so you may create transformation more easily.
Day 5. Air Element - Release sadness and grief become the joyful nature that you are as you start to let go
Day 6. Water Element - release fear; work with your most intimate feelings and discover the unlimited person that you are as you move with courage
Day 7. Morning session - Bringing all the elements together to be one with all life. Then departure.
There is no better place to do this than by the beach where all the elements meet together creating life; the sun meets the water, meets the earth, meets the air. When these elements unite universal flow moves in giving life. In many traditions unwell people are sent to the beach.
You will create yourself a weekly plan to ensure you are enhancing each element in your life to keep you balanced and connected .
