In this retreat I have teamed up with my niece who is a qualified nutritionist and wellbeing coach to bring you a spring cleansing weekend, located in a luxury home in Coffs Harbour overlooking Charleston Bay.
We will cleanse the body to give you clarity of mind and feel relaxed in your emotional body.

Set on a beautiful beach front just North of Coffs Harbour, SEA MAGIC is a spacious 5 bedroom luxury home with a 6 person jacuzzi, is a casual 2 min walk to the beach with breathtaking views overlooking the ocean, where you can catch glimpses of migrating Whale’s.
This is a relaxing beach setting, where the space in the house and outside is roomy and inviting. There are no roads or buildings between you and the beach, only a well-kept lawn, so you have uninterrupted views of the ocean.
The walking track outside the house takes you through National Park bushland for just a 2-minute walk down onto the picturesque Charlesworth Bay Beach. SEA MAGIC is the perfect place to have a tranquil escape and a chance to relax and unwind from a hectic pace of life.

Justine Almond will teach you how to
- Yoga to massage and cleanse the digestive organs. This involves drinking salt water followed by specific exercise to move through the entire digestive system (Ardha Shankhaprakshalana).
- Sound and Visualisation element meditation for the organs and emotions.
- Partner stretch and massage for relaxation and expansion into the warmer months
- And whatever else may come up as Natalie loves to use her intuition and move in the direction her group is going.
- Mornings will be in silence until breakfast.
Justine Almond will teach you how to
- Education and food demonstrations on seasonal eating for spring and coming into summer months.
- Spring is fasting and detox seasons, justine will talk you through and give you easy elimination recipes you can incorporate in to your everyday.
- Talks on gut healthy, making healthy eating decisions and changing habits into healthy rituals.
- Cater fresh vegetarian meals, related to the spring season and aid winter elimination to get your body and digestion summer ready.
- Natural face care and massage techniques for firm healthy glowing skin and getting back into healthy touch.
- Body movement exercise through ecstatic dance and basic hula hooping moves.
Accomodation
First Master Bedroom is huge! with a king-sized bed and convertible sofa bed and has stunning ocean views. The bedroom opens out onto a large upstairs balcony where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular view while watching the sunrise over the ocean and maybe seeing a whale or two. The luxurious ensuite bathroom boasts a TWO-PERSON SPA BATH, large shower and separate toilet and bidet.

Please note there is car space available for just two cars in the lockup double garage. There is plenty of free street parking for all other guests. We ask you do not park on the common area driveway, as this is shared by two other townhouses.

Natalie Almond has been practicing yoga for 29 years and teaching for 25 years. Named the "cockatoo" by an aboriginal elder meaning one that shines the light. Reputed for her welcoming and openhearted approach and an ability to make all students feel comfortable.
Natalie is friendly, funny and knowledgeable, she knows how to weave energy in a group that creates a natural balance. With her trusty intuition she will know where to take you in each of her sessions as the retreat progresses. She leaves everybody with an everlasting experience!
With a strong background in the healing arts and the alchemy of yoga, Natalie holds immense knowledge toward energy and mind/body balance. She teaches through ancient techniques of Tibetan Tantric yoga using the chakras, elements and 3 essences, chi kung and so much more. She teaches techniques to heal and transform mind, body and emotions and has healed herself of illness through these processes.
Natalie also practices; lymphatic massage, energy balancing and healing, digestive treatments and PrimeTuning healing of cellular vibration. You may book a session with her on retreat.
I didn't really know what to expect before we went, but I think it was one of the best things I've ever done. It was so much more than yoga, I actually really enjoyed the whole holistic approach of being in nature, meditation, being around other people, being in another environment, the partner stretches and the theory that you did.
I learned a lot again and I am feeling great and very relaxed at the moment. We are only 2 days into the workweek, but I've been able to hold on to the feeling yesterday and I'll try to hold on to it over the rest of the week.

Justine is a qualified naturopathic nutritionist, raw food and plant based cook, has a background in natural beauty and make-up artistry and body movement expressionist. When looking at human health, diet and eating patterns she regards body, soul and mind. “To find unison between the three creates healthy eating habits!” She has a passion for seasonal eating, to eat the way nature intended us to, we are all cyclical by nature and so is our body, mind, spirit and physical wellbeing. Eating seasonally and working with the alchemy of body and the seasons gives our body the right nourishment, supports proper digestion, elimination and supports mental wellbeing. After working for leading make-up brands as a make-up artist and a nutritionist at respected health food store. Justine decided to make the transition to educate and empower people to take control over their own health and wellbeing, through wholefoods, conscious decision making and healthier lifestyle choices. With a passion for a more natural way for being, she will empower and educate you to take control over your own healthy eating and wellbeing, with what nature has given us, taking away stress, anxiety and fear over our health of body, soul and mind. Justine also has a fun approach to movement and will take you through body movement and stress realise through dance and hula hooping.
