Join 48 years combined experience with Natalie Almond yoga and wellness teacher and Matt Omo Sound Journeys on a Luxury Sound and wellness retreat for transformation.
Accomodating you in a Large beach house Woolgoolga (30 mins from Coffs airport) on acreage with pool steam/showers, Jacuzzis, infrared sauna, delicious food, yoga, meditation, sound sessions and a hula hoop dance session by hoops by the sea and more.
Stroll through the forest for 2 minutes to arrive at your almost private beach. Enjoy the wildlife of birds, kangaroos and more around the property, touching yourself back to nature
Luxuriate in steam/showers, Jacuzzis, infrared sauna, swim in the bromine swimming pool with very little chlorine. Delight yourself in delicious vegetarian food, yoga, meditation, and guided sound meditation, hula hoop dance class with Hoops by the Sea and more.
You will learn about the five elements and how they interact with our emotions, mind, bodily organs and the seasons, bringing balance to all aspects.
