ELEMENTAL YOGA: Practicing Elemental Yoga - re-programming the emotions through the organs related to the elements: fire, earth, air, water and wood.
Our gut feeling is where it begins!!
Did you know that we first feel our emotions through our organs? 
Do you know that specific organs are connected to different seasons?
When we increase the health of our organs we align with the seasons and elements experiencing more beneficial emotions.
On this weekend we will practice Elemental Yoga, silent walking meditation, relaxation meditation, chi kung and sound.
