Part 1 The Three Essences
Body soul and spirit and the relationship to the body's and life's chemistry.
How we use this to transform and heal ourselves.
Use these essences to cleanse the physical body and wash out old unwanted patterns.
Nourish and reprogram the way we feel, think and act.
Tone and strengthen our body, deep to the cells and set new wanted patterns.
Creating a better pH balance in our bodies.
How this works through Salute to the Sun.
Part 2. The Elements
Earth, Fire, Air, Water and Wood. The organs, seasons and emotions related.
Bringing the emotions into a more harmonic state (equilibrium).
Sound meditations and postures for each element.
‘Transform the way you think, feel, act and see yourself in life’.
The elements relate to the seasons, which affect specific organs in that season, our organs affect our emotions, and our emotions affect our minds. Learn energizing and relaxing yoga postures for the organs, which will harmonise the emotions related and balances our elemental state. When our organs are healthy our emotions and minds stabilize. Learn the elements, seasons they are in and organs that work hardest at these times, seasonal foods to eat and specific herbs for each seasonal/elemental change.
Part 3. The Chakra System
Transformation and equilibrium through the chakra system
Working with glands nerves and organs related to each chakra.
Understanding our lives a little more of how we have become
Changing the states of our lives that are no longer necessary.
