Terms and Conditions for One Year Package
Once you sign up for the One Year Transformation Package you have two options:
To pay in full or pay in Four Instalments
Paying in Full
When paying in full and you decide you cannot complete the one-year package you will receive 80% refund of the portion of package not yet used. That is if you have attended any retreats and online sessions this will be subtracted from the full price and whatever is remaining 80% of that total shall be refunded.
Paying Quarterly
If you have paid a quarterly fee and decided you do not wish to complete the one-year package, the portion that you have used of the package shall be subtracted and you will receive 60% of the total remaining of that quarter.
Pay in Full or Quarterly
If you book into a retreat and cancel that within 30 days or less of commencement you may change to another date at a charge of $400. Any change of retreat dates prior to 30 days will incur a charge of $200.
If you have Covid or any flu like symptoms you need to ensure that you do not attend the retreat and produce a doctors certificate. This will allow you to change dates to another retreat at no charge.

Refund and Cancellation Policy Overseas and Interstate Retreats
It is your responsibility to read and understand the cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one registers with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.
Guest cancellation
If you cancel your retreat, Anahata Space will apply the portion of your payment as a credit for another retreat run by Anahata Yoga Space to be taken within 18 months of the original Retreat date or we will gladly transfer your payment to another guest.
Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties apply as follows:
If you have Covid or any flu like symptoms you need to ensure that you do not attend the retreat and produce a doctors certificate. This will allow you to change dates to another retreat at no charge within 18 months. If you cannot attend another retreat your deposit shall be withheld and you will receive refunds of the remaining price as stated above.
All deposits are non-refundable
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We also do not offer credit for a participant arriving late or leaving early.
If you cannot pay in full I can work a payment plan for you to be completed 40 days prior to retreat.
General Cancellation
Anahata Space reserves the right to cancel the Retreat prior to departure and will not be held liable for flights and such costs. If such cancellation is NOT due to circumstances beyond the control of Anahata Space, you may transfer your full Retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of payment. However, no compensation or refund will be made if cancellation arises before or during the trip from circumstances beyond our and/or our suppliers’ control (force majeure) such as war, strife, civil disobedience, strikes, terrorist activity, adverse weather conditions, fire, natural disasters or pandemics etc., unless Anahata Space is able to recover any related sums.
In the event of cancellation arising from circumstances beyond our control, trip-related sums recovered by Anahata Space will be distributed equitably to the participants after Anahata Space deducts all out-of- pocket costs and related expenses, constituting a settlement with you. Anahata Space is not responsible for expenses, including but not limited to lodging, meals and transportation, incurred for delays and/or detainments beyond the trip itinerary as a result of circumstances beyond our and/or our suppliers’ control as stated above. It is recommended that participants purchase their own trip/travel cancellation insurance.
Refund Policy
If the participant leaves the Retreat prior to its conclusion, refunds will not be made for the unused portion of the Retreat. No refunds will be made for any excursion, meal, yoga class or other activity that the participant misses or decides not to participate in for any reason.
Medical Insurance
Each participant is responsible for checking with their current health insurance provider and insuring that they have adequate medical coverage. Participants will be asked to provide a medical history including any current injuries or pre-existing conditions, as well as an emergency contact name and telephone number. Once the deposit has been received, a health form will be sent out for you to fill out, sign and return. Anahata Space reserves the right to refuse acceptance of your deposit to participate in the Retreat based on the medical information provided. Should this occur, you will be informed and all monies will be refunded in full.
Release/Responsibility
I agree that the Anahata Space and its representatives, except for their gross negligence or wilful misconduct, shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may be occasioned for any reason to me, including, but not limited to any defect in a vehicle, the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying a participant, acts of God, terrorism, acts of war, or detention; delays or expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majeure, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, accidents by aircraft, boat, bicycle or motor vehicle, or in any restaurant or accommodation; failure of any means of transportation to arrive or depart as scheduled or changes in transit, or villa services; missed airline or other transportation connections; or for additional expenses resulting from changes in exchange rates, tariffs, or itinerary.
The participant agrees to assume any risks associated with the Retreat and agrees no liability will be attached to Anahata Space, its employees or agents. By paying the deposit, the participant releases Anahata Space and its representatives from any such responsibility or liability. It is therefore suggested participants purchase their own cancellation, property damage (including luggage), and accident insurance.
Photographs/Videotapes
Anahata Space will at times be photographing and/or videotaping the Retreat. Anahata Space wishes to use such photographs/videos in its advertising, displays, publicity materials, and publications. Participants are deemed to have consented to Anahata Space using such images of you. However, if you prefer not to appear in any of the images/footage, please inform Anahata Space prior to the commencement of the Retreat.
Acknowledgement & Acceptance
I have read the above Terms and Conditions and understand the information pertaining to the Retreat I am aware I must be covered by my own travel insurance appropriate to the activity in order to participate in this Yoga Retreat and will not hold Anahata Space responsible.
The following points are key factors, which you need to acknowledge when registering for Anahata Space Retreats .

FITNESS LEVELS
Moderate fitness levels are required for the Yoga Retreats. Some days involve walking up steep hills and across valleys to waterfalls. The onus is on each participant to ensure that they are medically fit to undertake the tour.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
All prices are shown on a per person twin share rate with a single supplement as needed. Double, twin and single rooms are usually available and your preference can be specified on the booking form. Please understand in high season a single room may not be available. If you are traveling alone and are happy to share with another single of the same sex in a twin room, please let us know and we will endeavour to partner you with another single traveller. If this is not possible, the single supplement will apply.
JOURNEY INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Inclusions for the Yoga Retreats are: accommodation at the retreat destination, meals as stated in itinerary, all retreat classes. Exclusions are: daily excursions, personal documentation and visa costs, departure taxes, flights and travel to the retreat destination, travel and trip cancellation insurance, excess baggage charges, medical requirements including inoculations or vaccinations, meals and beverages not specifically mentioned in inclusions, telephone calls, laundry, optional extra tours, gratuities and items of a personal nature are not included. Prices quoted are subject to change in the event of any unforeseen increases in fuel costs including currency fluctuations (relevant to aircraft or travel and transfer services) and/or Government levies/taxes.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
All travellers require a passport valid for at least 6 months after the date of departure, together with onward travel documents and sufficient funds for the duration of the stay. The onus is on the traveller to ensure passports and relevant visas are current and valid. Sufficient blank VISA pages in your passport (not endorsement pages) are also required by certain immigration authorities; please ensure that you have at least 3 blank, double facing pages in your passport prior to travel. If there are insufficient blank pages in your passport then entry into a country could be denied. All passport holders should verify with their travel agent or relevant Consulate concerning visa entry requirements. If travellers are extending their journey to other countries, please establish entry requirements for those countries as well. Applications, costs and relevant documentation are the responsibility of the traveller.
Anahata Yoga Space, their staff and their agents, cannot be held liable for any visas or travel documents not held by the traveller nor any costs relating to refused travel by Airlines or the authorities.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis, as space is limited. To secure your place, a non-refundable deposit of $400 is due at time of reservation, please note the currency is in AUD$ for Bali. Full payment is required 60 days before travel (unless otherwise stated). Please refer to the relevant Retreat page for specific date deadlines for payments and the currency it is costed in. Payments can be made either by bank transfer. Please note: PayPal payments will be subject to their 5% admin fee and credit card 2.5% AUS, 3% those outside of Australia.
TOUR CANCELLATIONS
Please note that we require minimum numbers for the journeys to operate. Should the minimum number of participants not be reached, Anahata Space reserves the right to cancel a trip that is below the minimum of 8 participants. If this should occur, Anahata Space will notify you in advance and give a full refund, deposit included, within 30 days of cancellation. Note that Anahata Space is not responsible for any additional expenses occurred in relation to this trip, such as air tickets, passport and visa fees or medical vistas in preparation.
Travellers are required to provide a copy of their Travel Insurance and it is recommended that you include TRIP Cancellation Insurance. Anahata Space is not responsible for conjunction of air tickets or additional travel arrangements booked through any source. Cancellations due to Travel Advisories, Acts of War or terrorism, Acts of God, Natural disasters, strikes, technical problems, political upheaval or any other circumstances outside the control of Anahata Space. Cancellations for any of these reasons will not be eligible for any form of refund.
CANCELLATIONS FEES
Unless otherwise stated on the specific terms and conditions listed on every retreat page. Cancellations after payment of the deposit or balance must be in writing and are subject to the refund policy:

REFUNDS AND UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds will be made for no-shows or any other unused services irrespective of whether they form part of the inclusive tour price or are in respect of pre-booked optional arrangements.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Individuals are responsible for their own Personal Insurance. Anahata Space highly recommends all participants protect themselves and their trip investment by purchasing an accredited Travel Insurance Protection Plan. Your Personal Travel Insurance should include trip cancellation insurance. Personal items, such as jackets, cameras, purses and daypacks are the sole responsibility of the owner. Participants are required to provide a scanned copy of their Travel Insurance to Yoga for the Soul Retreats at the time of payment.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATES AND BANK CHARGES
Due to the currency fluctuations, each retreat is priced in the same currency as it is costed in. This protects our clients from currency fluctuations and hedged conversion rates. The onus is on the client to ensure we receive the full amount due, without bank charge deductions. Bank rates on the day of payment will apply.
MEDICAL
The risk of exposure to malaria in Bali is very low, however Dange Fever is throughout Bali. Please consult a general practitioner or travel clinic and discuss all travel related medical questions prior to travel. Please check for all required immunisations with your nearest travel clinic or general practitioner and establish what precautions will be required.
SPECIAL REQUESTS AND DIETARY PREFERENCES
Special requests and dietary preferences should be specified at the time of booking. Whilst every effort will be made to fulfil these requests, Anahata Space cannot guarantee that these requests will be met.
PRIVACY POLICY
Anahata Space recognises that privacy is important. In order to provide you with the services that we offer, we will collect some personal information from you which will only be used to facilitate your travel, Hotels and Ground Handlers who partner with us in providing you travel services, and then only for the purposes of your trip. We will always safeguard your personal information to the best of our ability. We will also need to collect payment information in order to process cheques and/or Credit Cards. This information will only be collected through secure means using proven third-party tools and will not be stored or retained by Anahata Space.
It is your responsibility to read and understand the cancellation policy before making a reservation. - If you cancel 30 – 59 days before the Retreat, you will receive a full refund minus your deposit and 30% of remaining cost in handling fees. If transferring to another retreat 70% of your payment to be applied to another retreat within 18 months.
- If you cancel from retreat start date to 29 days prior, your full payment will be forfeited. If you transfer to another retreat 30% of your payment to be applied to another retreat within 18 months.

- To qualify for the Early Bird Discount I must book and pay in full by date given.
- If I book within 2 months of the departure date I understand that full payment is required at the time of booking and I am subject to the refund policy.
- I have read and understand the cancellation policy.
- I must complete and return a Health and Emergency Contact Form.
- That I am participating in an active Retreat and at times may find it mentally and physically challenging. The onus is on me, the participant, to ensure that I am physically fit to undertake the retreat.
- I take full responsibility for my own health and well-being during the program and I understand the risks of travel in the developing world or anywhere in any country. I will not hold Anahata Space or any of the contractors and staff responsible for injuries or other medical or emotional problems that might occur.
- I understand that Anahata Space reserves the right to modify the itinerary, to accept or retain any person as a participant in the program at any time, or to withdraw the tour if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the participants.
- I understand if I wish to cancel my reservation, it must be done in writing or via email and the cancellation will be effective as of the date Anahata Space receives it. The deposit is non refundable and is subject to the refund policy - listed further down.
- Anahata Space reserves the right to cancel a trip that is below the minimum of 8 participants. If this is to occur, Anahata Space will notify me in advance and give me a full refund, including the deposit within 30 days of cancellation. I understand that Anahata Space isn’t responsible for any additional expenses incurred in relation to this trip such as air tickets, passport and visa costs, nor any medical vaccination and preparations.
