Autumn Yoga and Breakfast

As the wind picks up blowing away debris, old leaves fall from trees back to earth, nourishing her, trees will blossom once again. The air becomes dryer, so does our skin, ready to peel away another layer, just as the snake, in preparation for the new beginning of winter.
The air element is a time of sadness, grief and hopelessness but if our organs related are in a state of health we feel joy, elation and hope.


Facilitated by Natalie Almond

The organs of excretion; lungs, colon, skin and nerves are working their hardest in autumn. Enhance them while they are standing at the forefront, enhancing their strength.
This 5 morning workshop will enhance the emotions and functions of this element, giving you a joyful and hopeful autumn.

Practices include:
  • Pranayama (breathing)
  • Asanas (postures)
  • Bhandas (energy locks)
  • Meditation 
  • Visualisation 
  • Mantra (sound)
  • Chi Kung

Yoga from 6-7am followed by yummy breakfast foods to enhance the function of these organs.
