Anxiety, stress and depression are the most common dis-eases in our society today. These feelings usually come from the solar plexus and or belly, energy gets caught and a constant feeling of stress arises, the breath shortens, nausea sets in and the mind and heart races. In yoga we work with our organs and glands, once you understand that each organ holds a specific emotion and the glands regulate this, you will begin to understand it is just as much a physical problem as a mental. This leads you to believe there is more of a chance to alleviate this. |
In this workshop Natalie will work gently with mind/body balance through: Correct breathing as this is one of the major problems in society today. Postures that will help build your will, let go of nervous tension and lift your self esteem. Sound to help alleviate symptoms at any given moment that regulate the organs and balance emotional well-being. Visualisation is a very effective and strong practice to bring yourself to the way you wish to be as it is already within you just need to awaken it. Guided meditation and personal meditation to relax and re-train from the brain down to the organs. Natalie's aim is to help re-program the constant unhealthy patterns that feel are out of your control. |
