The Sun The New Moon and Manipura Chakra
Tonight at 7pm I am holding a free meditation on the base 3 chakras. By releasing past events that have not served us and pulling forward the events that have helped us grow and learn, we can “Manifest THE Best”. Allowing us to easily move into the 4thchakra “the wish fulfilling tree” with what we truly desire and deserve, giving us and the planet a sense of growth and freedom.
Manipura chakra may hold feelings of depression, anxiety, worry and panic but it is also the chakra of confidence, strength and lightness, I like to say “a relaxed confidence”..
Mostly manipura is the chakra of change. – “The ability to adapt to or create change”. We are also at the change of seasons and new moon (related to the chakra below-swadhiatana) is upon us, this is when we focus on new beginnings or creating change.
Manipura is the chakra that corresponds with our fire energy and the digestive system, when we think of digestion it is not only food we are digesting, it is the way we digest life, the way we act, react and respond.
What is it you choose to digest? What is your daydream that will help change your life in a more positive way? Focus on that, visualise it strongly, perfectly and clearly, happening exactly the way you want it to step by step. Visualisation is the strongest form to create change, so always be aware of where your focus is.
The sun gives us light and warmth, it also supplies all of the life force/prana/qi/chi whatever you like to call it to this planet. Everything alive is full of the sun’s life force. When you think about it, without the sun there would be no life on this planet.
In our solar plexus between the navel and the bottom of the lower ribs is our internal sunshine, known as manipura chakra, one of the 7 main power stations within us. Imagine the sun in your solar plexus radiating through you, radiating thousands of rays, see those rays permeating your entire being, through every pranic channel/meridian, sending warmth and healing energy into every bodily system, organ and gland. Allow it to radiate intensely into the areas of your body that need this healing energy. Feel it giving you a sense of life and lightness, lifting your spirit and giving you a sense of well being and confidence. Feel the external and internal sun giving you a sense of lightness and expansion, a sense of freedom.
