About Natalie Almond -
I have been running yoga and wellness retreats for 23 years and have experience in many modalities of healing and wellness. I bring this to you as a special gift of my 28 years of practice and learning.
I am trained in Hatha Yoga and Alchemical Yoga from the ancient tantric traditions. Add on other healing modalities from Chinese traditions as well as Ayurvedic.
My love an my forte is to feel energy, flow with it and weave it throughout the retreats and creating a warm community feel.
I make my retreats deeply intense and at the same time help you to break out and have fun. Some of my sessions are deep intense classes of yoga (internally strong, not a crazy workout), meditations and circles. We also enjoy sessions of light hearted fun such as Sound and movement, body percussion, emotional and stress release, self healing techniques and so much more.
"If you decide to come alone you will not feel alone, you are more than likely to leave the retreat with lasting friendships".
