​for this we need to "release fear" because even when we are willing to create change, we will never know the outcome until we have had the "courage to do it" 




Winter is the water element; we tend to migrate in the colder months and move inwardly toward ourselves, reflecting and then preparing to create new beginnings for spring.  This is a natural tendency for everything living.

We reflect on the past year of events, then realise we need to let go of old ancestral DNA patterns and/or present paradigm programming, to change our actions and reactions.
Once we do this we allow space to create change, so we fill this space with our purest and truest intentions for ourself that will allow us to heal and grow as unique soul beings.

"We must be aware of what we think and feel, it happens!"

The organs working hardest in this season are the kidneys filtering our blood and bladder releasing toxic waste from the blood. 

Our feelings move inwardly, deep into the waters of our bones. We become more Yin.

The emotion this season may bring is fear but if we keep these organs strong we will over ride this with courage and excitement, anxiety will drop away! Through the kidneys we develop strong energy that is calm and clear. Chinese call it Qi, Vedics call it Prana.

Join our winter yoga retreat; motivate yourself before the cold months pull you under the blanket. Enjoy a little social and growth time with fellow yogis and yoginis.

Relax in the decadent day spa to nourish your skin with a scrub, let go in a magnesium float tank, nourish with a soulful massage or transform with a shamanic healing.  All of this will assist the chakra system.

About Natalie Almond - Well Being Facilitator

I have been running yoga and wellness retreats for 28 years and have experience in many modalities of healing and wellness.  I bring this to you as a special gift of my 32 years of practice and learning.
I am trained in Hatha Yoga and Alchemical Yoga from the ancient tantric traditions and other transformative and healing modalities.

My love is to feel energy, flow with it and weave it throughout the retreats, giving everyone a little of what they need, creating a warm and balanced flow. 

"If you decide to come alone you will not feel alone, you are more than likely to leave the retreat with lasting friendships". 

Your retreats are designed to be deeply intense and at the same time help you to break out and have fun. 
Yoga sessions are fluidly strong (not a crazy workout), guided meditations take you on a transformative journey  and magical circles to encapsulate the experience.  We also enjoy sessions of light hearted fun such as Sound and movement, body percussion, emotional techniques and much more.

Schedule
Friday
Arrive from midday, you may like to book into Brightland's Spa
5pm - Opening Circle and meditation
6.00pm - Dinner

Saturday

Mornings in silence until breakfast
7.00-8.30am - Chanting, meditation and Alchemic Yoga for the water element finishing with sound meditation
9.00am - Breakfast
10.30-11.30am – Partner Stretch and massage for winter organs
12.30pm – Lunch
Time for you: take a
bush walk, spend time in the day spa, relax around the mansion or rest in your beautiful bedroom. Maybe even your own little practice in the yoga room, just listen to your inner self and be guided.
3.30-5pm - Sacred Sound Healing with Chaitanyashree
6.00pm – Dinner
Then see where the evening takes us

Sunday

7.00-8.30am - Pranayama and Bandha practice, asana for the elements, guided meditation
9.00am - Breakfast
10.30-11.30am - Fluid Movement and Meditation Circle
12.30pm - Lunch
2.30pm - Kidney warming Yoga and Meditation
3.30pm - Closing Circle

The mornings will be in silence and I encourage you to refrain from speaking and gesturing so that you and your fellow retreaters may internally process your dreams and thoughts. This will gift you your most perfect answer for the most perfect outcome for you. Why? Because we are all unique !!

Plus $20 for group sound healing by a Nepalese Kundalini priest 
Deposit made by June 25 2022
any one that has attended my retreat in the past year will receive a $50 discount.

If you are tested positive with covid you will be transferred to another retreat
Please avoid attending the retreat if you have any flu like symptoms
