Today I would like to talk about perpetual habits in thoughts, feelings and actions and the role our trillions of cells play in this.The first thing to understand is that we are completely made up of cells, vibrating at a frequency. Each cell has an antenna, waiting for commands every split second of every day, they are picking up on and responding to everything we think and feel. They also react to our surrounding environment and universal energy. What we and others think and feel affects us greatly.
Around 90% of our same thoughts and feelings are repeated daily, so have a think about that.
If we feel down and glum most of the time that is the vibrational pattern our cells will resonate at, leading to ill health. If we feel happy our cells will vibrate at that frequency, keeping us healthy.
Did you know that when we feel happy the flows from body to our brain move freely. Happiness perfectly balances our masculine and feminine energies which allows positive things to happen.
Tai chi is a very slow moving exercise. The reason for this is to program the movements into our systems perfectly, so that when you need to defend yourself the martial art will apply itself in rapid speed via the autonomic nervous system. This means you don’t even have to think about it, it just happens automatically. This is what is happening in nearly every moment every day.
The reason why we may find it difficult to create change is because our systems work so rapidly, like in split seconds.
The cells are waiting to receive an order via our thoughts and emotions every split second of every day and they will do WHATEVER we order them to do. We need to create a healthy autonomic reaction.
How many times have you said to yourself “Why do I keep doing that?”, or “How come it always happens to me?”. It is due to what you feel and think and also from events that have occurred recently and as you grew up, the influence of people you surround yourself with present and past such as parents, partners, friends, politicians and religions and events from a past life!
When you practice yoga with me you will notice that we work slowly like tai chi, we use our mind to decide, our emotions to create, then our bodies’ to reset and program. We do this by working the internal alchemy (our bodies’ chemistry).

Going beyond that it is enhancing your physical, spiritual, emotional and universal systems to keep you feeling connected and complete, full of confidence, calmness, strength and focus. These practices will help you to release dis-ease, bad habits, destructive thoughts and feelings. When we are in our element, living the lives we wish we naturally become happy. When we think feel and act healthily, place ourselves in healthy environments and connect with the universe in a positive manner we will have a healthy and positive out look in life, We become healthy and happy.
